SafeNest is a mental health consultancy based in Baroda. Apart from therapies, counselling and mentorship; they also conduct awareness workshops. One of their workshop was based on 'Shame' and I was asked to design postcards for the attendees.
The idea was to visualise two scenarios, one where the person is ashamed of things like body image, relationships etc; and the flip side of it had an illustration, where the person accepts and admits the truth.

This was a simple way to help people own their truth.
